HP Electronics recently completed a full sound system upgrade for a multipurpose auditorium, delivering a modern, high-performance audio experience tailored to both spoken word and live music applications. The new system provides enhanced clarity, coverage, and control—elevating the overall experience for audiences and presenters alike.
At the core of the upgrade are JBL VRX line array speakers, chosen for their powerful output, consistent dispersion, and compact form factor—ideal for the room’s acoustics and sightline requirements. These arrays ensure even sound coverage from front to back, making every seat in the house a prime listening position. Driving the mix is an Allen & Heath SQ6 digital console, offering intuitive operation, extensive routing capabilities, and deep customization for a wide range of event types. An AR2412 remote stage box extends the system’s flexibility, providing clean, reliable I/O at the stage and simplifying cable management for quick setup and changeovers.
The integration was designed with both performance and usability in mind, allowing staff and guest engineers to easily manage complex events with confidence. From lectures and assemblies to concerts and theatrical productions, the upgraded sound system delivers professional-grade audio tailored to the dynamic needs of a modern performance space.
